Purchase Instructions
- All Product Categories can be found in the left hand column. Select a category and the product thumbnail images for that category are displayed in the center column.
- To find a specific item (i.e. shirt) use the
box. By entering a word and pressing the button all like products on this site will be displayed.
- In the right hand column, the Popular Products section displays the top selling products in order by sales volume. Click on the link provided to see the item.
- Click on the link beneath the thumbnail to see a larger image as well as details about the item, including price, other item attributes.
- To customize this product, press the
button below the picture, if available. A link is provided to view the logos offered. The actual selection is made in the drop down menu on the Specify Ad Copy page. A line preceded by an "R" is a required line, so one of the logos must be selected.
- When complete, click on the Save ad copy button, which will return you to the page where the item is pictured. Select the attributes for size or color, enter the desired quantity, and press the
button. All products typically require 2-3 weeks for shipping and are subject to minimum quantities.
- An Order Summary is displayed in the upper right hand column to show the contents of your basket.
- The
button in the top right corner allows you to view or edit the list of items in your basket. If you'd like to change the quantity of any item in your basket, enter the new quantity in the box provided and click the button. To remove an item click the button to the right of the item. You may remove all items by clicking on the button.
- If you have more items you'd like to purchase, select from the Product Categories in the left column.
- If you are ready to finalize your order, click the
button.
- If you did not log in initially and are a Returning Shopper enter your email address and password to log in. Your account information will be retrieved. Click the
button to continue to the next page.
- Or, if you are a New Shopper fill in the shipping address information, enter your email address and a user-defined password of your own choosing. You will need your email address and password to log in on future visits to the site. Click the
button to go to the next page.
- The cost of your order is displayed on this page. Double check the Shipping Address
that was brought forward from your log on information. You may override this information for the current order by simply changing it. For permanent changes to your log on/shipping information see the
button at the top right corner of you screen.
You may update your Billing Address for the order as well. When using a credit card the billing address must match the address that your credit card bill is normally sent to.
- Next choose your preferred method for shipping.
Shipping within the United States
You may select from our standard prepaid UPS or an overnight prepaid option. If you are paying
by credit card the overnight option will result in a second charge to your credit card.
- Be sure to include any special instructions we need for your order in the
Comments box.
- When you are ready to complete your order, press the
button to purchase your selection.
- On the final page we provide you with a printable receipt and your order number.

- You may log out if so desired by clicking the link near the top right section of this page.
- The
button at the top right corner of you screen allows you to view order history or you can update your log on/shipping information.
- By clicking on the Order History link you can reprint all previous order receipts that you have placed.
- To continue shopping you may start a new order by selecting a category in the left hand
column, or by selecting the Home link at the bottom of the page, and repeat the process.
Return Policy
For items being returned please call 800-791-6443. All returns must be made within 30 days. For the return of incorrect items or damaged goods a call tag will be issued to pick up these items. Replacements will be sent immediately. If you want to return an item for another reason the return freight is the responsibility of the returning party.

Are my purchases being made through a secure server?
Yes. All your purchasing information is encrypted and sent through an 40 bit secure socket layer (SSL). We have a secure certificate registered through Verisign.
