LOGIN - You may press the
button first or begin shopping right away and login later at checkout. New customers can create an account by entering their email address, selecting the new customer radio button, and clicking on the button. On the next screen enter your name, password of your own choosing, and address information. This login address will be used as your default shipping address. Later on the page the ship-to address can be changed for a single order without changing this login address. Returning shoppers can simply enter their email address and password. Their shipping information will be automatically retrieved.
- BEGIN SHOPPING - Products offered are displayed when the appropriate link under Product Category is selected from the left hand column.
- ONCE YOU HAVE CHOSEN AN ITEM - Click on the link beneath the thumbnail to see a larger image as well as details about the item, including price, real-time inventory in stock and other item attributes. Select the attributes for size or color, enter the desired quantity, and press the
button.
- An ORDER SUMMARY is displayed in the upper right hand column to show the contents of your basket.
- CONTINUE SHOPPING - If you have more items you'd like to purchase, choose a link from the Product Categories in the left hand column.
- TO EDIT AN ITEM OR VIEW BASKET - The
button in the top right corner allows you to view or edit the list of items in your basket. If you'd like to change the quantity of any item in your basket, enter the new quantity in the box provided and click the button. To remove an item click on the button to the right of the item. You may remove all items by clicking on the button.
- CHECKOUT - If you are ready to finalize your order, click on the
button.
- DELAYED LOGIN - If you have not already logged in, please refer to #1 above.
- REVIEW ORDER TOTAL AND ADDRESSES - The total of your order is displayed on this page. Double check the Shipping Address
that was saved from your log in information. You may override this information for the
current order simply by changing it. For permanent changes to your log in/shipping information
see the
button at the top right corner of you screen.
You may update your Billing Address for the order as well. When using a credit card
the billing address must match the address that your credit card bill is sent to.
- SHIPPING - Choose your preferred method for shipping.
Standard shipping is UPS Ground and generally takes 3-4 days depending on your location from our shipping location in Newton, IA. Overnight shipping is available. If you are using a credit card for payment, a separate charge will be billed to your card for FedEx charges once it has been shipped.
- PAYMENT METHOD - All order on this site must be paid by for by Credit card. Please enter the card type desired and your other credit card information. Please note that your credit card is being transmitted over a secure connection which is indicated by a padlock or a key displayed on the status
bar at the bottom of your browser.
- COMMENTS -
Be sure to include any other special instructions for your order as well.
- Click the
button to purchase your selection.
- On the RECEIPT page, we provide you with an order number.

- SIGN OFF - You may log out by clicking the link to the right of the order number on the receipt page.
- YOUR ACCOUNT INFORMATION, ORDER HISTORY, SHIPMENT TRACKING - The
button at the top right corner of you screen allows you to view order history or you can update your log in/shipping information.
- By clicking on the Order History link you can view and print all previous orders that you have placed. Shipment tracking information can also be found here for each order once it has been shipped.
- To continue shopping you may start a new order by
selecting a Product Category in the left hand
column, or by selecting the Home link at the bottom of
the page, and repeat the process.
Return Policy
To return items please call 800-791-6432. All returns must be made within 30 days. For the return of incorrect items or damaged goods, a call tag will be issued for pick up. Replacements will be sent immediately. If you want to return an item for another reason the return freight is the responsibility of the returning party.

All purchasing information is encrypted and sent through a 40 bit secure socket layer (SSL). We have a secure certificate registered through Verisign.
