1. LOGIN - You may press the Login link first or begin shopping right away and login later at checkout.
   • New customers can create an account by entering their email address, selecting the new customer radio button, and clicking on the button. On the next screen enter your name, password of your own choosing, and address information. Now press the button. This should be the owners address for correspondence. Later on the page the ship-to address for the order may be changed from your default password if desired for an individual order.
   • Returning shoppers can simply enter their email address and password, then press the button. Their shipping information will be automatically retrieved.
   Forgot your user I.D.? - Enter your email address and press the button. Your user I.D. (password) will be sent to your email address.
2. BEGIN SHOPPING - All products can be found in the Product Categories section in the left hand column. When you select a category the product thumbnail images for that category are displayed in the center column.
3. SEARCH BOX - Enter a word such as "pens" or "cups" and press the button. All like items on this site matching the word will be displayed.
4. ONCE YOU HAVE CHOSEN AN ITEM - Click on the link beneath the thumbnail to see a larger image as well as details about the item and price. The products estimated shipping times and minimum quantities are also provided.
5. REVIEW ORDER TOTAL AND ADDRESSES - The total of your order is displayed on this page as well as your Shipping Address for the order.
6. SHIPPING - Orders will be shipped to you via UPS-Ground or other UPS methods displayed, depending on which you choose. Charges will be calculated by accessing UPS online for your shipment.
7. PAYMENT METHOD - All orders will be charged to your credit card. Options include MasterCard, Visa and American Express. .
8. COMMENTS - Be sure to include any special instructions for your order in the box provided.
9. Click the button to purchase your selection.
10. On the RECEIPT page, we provide you with an order #.

14. To continue shopping you may start a new order by selecting a Product Category in the left hand column, or by selecting the Home link at the bottom of the page, and repeat the process.

Return Policy

For items being returned please call 800-791-6431 . All returns must be made within 30 days. For the return of incorrect items or damaged goods a call tag will be issued to pick up these items. Replacements will be sent immediately. If you want to return an item for another reason the return freight is the responsibility of the returning party.
