LOGIN - You may Login first or begin shopping right away and login later at checkout.
- New shoppers may Create a New Account by entering your name, password of your own choosing, and address information. This login address will be used as your default shipping address. Later on the Checkout page the ship-to address can be changed for a single order without changing this login address.
- Returning shoppers can simply enter their email address and password. Their shipping information will be automatically retrieved.
- All users are required to use a credit card on this site.
- BEGIN SHOPPING - All products can be accessed by selecting a Product Category from the left hand column. A Search box is also provided. Just type in the product name you are looking for and press the Go button to search this site for items that match your request.
- FEATURED PRODUCTS - In the right hand column, all Featured Products are displayed. Click on the picture provided to order or learn more about these items.
- POPULAR PRODUCTS - We display the five most Popular Products in the center section at the bottom of your screen. Click on the thumbnails provided to order or learn more about these items.
- ONCE YOU HAVE CHOSEN AN ITEM - Click on the thumbnail to see a larger image as well as details about the item, including price, real-time inventory for stocked items and other item attributes. Select the attributes for size or color, enter the desired quantity, and press the Add to Cart button.
- MY CART is displayed in the upper right hand column to show the contents of your cart.
- CONTINUE SHOPPING - If you have more items you'd like to purchase, choose a link from the Product Categories in the left hand column.
- TO EDIT AN ITEM OR VIEW YOUR CART - The Shopping Cart tab located in the top menu allows you to view or edit the list of items in your cart. If you'd like to change the quantity of any item in your cart, enter the new quantity in the box provided and click the Update Cart button. To remove an item click the Delete button to the right of the item. You may remove all items by clicking on the Empty button.
- CHECKOUT - If you are ready to finalize your order, click on the Checkout tab located in the top menu or press the Purchase button.
- LOGIN - If you have not already logged in you will now be prompted to do so. Refer to the first step above regarding Login.
- REVIEW ORDER TOTAL AND ADDRESSES - The total of your order is displayed on this page. Double check the Shipping Address
that was saved from your log in information. You may override this information for the
current order simply by changing it. For permanent changes to your log in/shipping information
see the My Account button at the top of you screen.
You may update your Billing Address for the order as well. When using a credit card
the billing address must match the address that your credit card bill is sent to.
- SHIPPING - Choose your preferred method for shipping.
Standard shipping is UPS Ground and generally takes 3-4 days depending on your location from our shipping location in Newton, IA.
Overnight shipping is available. If you are using a credit card for payment, a separate charge will be billed to your card for FedEx charges once it has been shipped.
- PAYMENT METHOD - All orders must be paid for by credit card.
Choose the card type desired and enter your credit card information. Please note that your credit card is being transmitted over a secure connection which is indicated by a padlock or a key displayed on the status
bar at the bottom of your browser.
- COMMENTS - Be sure to include any special instructions for your order in the box provided.
- Click the Continue with Checkout button to purchase your selection.
- On the RECEIPT page, we provide you with an order number.

- SIGN OFF - You may log out by clicking the link near the top right section of this page.
- YOUR ACCOUNT INFORMATION, ORDER HISTORY, SHIPMENT TRACKING - The My Account button at the top of you screen allows you to view order history or you can update your log in/shipping information, email address or password.
- By clicking on the Order History link you can view and print all previous orders that you have placed. Shipment tracking information can also be found here for each order once it has been shipped.
- To continue shopping you may start a new order by
selecting a Product Category in the left hand
column and repeat the process.
