We focus on designing programs that bring loyal, focused, committed employees who have a vested reason for changing their work behavior. Communication, motivation and tangible rewards are key in stimulating employee performance and give meaning to their effort.
Studies indicate that there are 3 types of workers:
- Leader (20%)
- Follower (74%)
- Non-conformer (6%)
Our system focuses on motivating the masses. A small change in the behavior of the targeted employee group (74%) will create big results.
Leaders are self-motivated and will do what you need because it is the right thing to do.
Followers will do what you need, but need motivating factors.
Non-Conformers simply wont do what it is you want them to do.

It takes more for this type of worker to perform at their full potential, but committing a majority of your incentive resources to motivating and rewarding this critical audience makes sense.
